Intense golden yellow with amber reflections, clear and brilliant.

Bouquet

Complex, ripe fruit (apple, pear), citrus, acacia flowers, mineral notes, almond, hints of spice and noble wood.

Taste

Full-bodied, dry and enveloping. Lively acidity, marked minerality and a long, persistent finish with savory nuances.

13.0% – 13.5% Vol. (may vary slightly)

Refinement

Long maturation on lees in large oak barrels (24-36 months) and bottle aging.

Selected grapes, skin maceration, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in oak barrels. No aggressive filtration.
