Tasting Notes: Bright, light and slightly green, this is a fresh summer white with a lively finish and invigorating aromas. There's not a lot of concentration, maybe, but it's supposed to be based on acidity and freshness. It is similar to Sauvignon Blanc, but probably has more tension and a longer finish.
Pairing: To combine with charcuterie, such as Serrano ham, salami, as well as curries, corn pastry or roasted meats, such as silver, entrails and also some cuts of pork.
