Justinos Madeira Malvasia 10 Years is an excellent fortified wine from the island of Madeira, Portugal. Made from Malvasia grapes, it has an intense amber color. The nose offers complex notes of honey, nuts, dried fruits, and spices. On the palate, it is sweet, full-bodied, and well-balanced by excellent acidity, with a long finish of caramel and candied fruit. Aged for at least 10 years in oak barrels following the Canteiro method, it is perfect with desserts or as a digestif, served at 14-16°C in a Madeira glass.

Vinification
Fermentation interrupted by adding wine alcohol, followed by a long oxidative aging in barrels, typical of the Canteiro method.
