A bright straw yellow with greenish golden reflections shines in this wine by the glass. It reveals fruity aromas, especially apricot. Fresh acid is excellently integrated into the body. The finish is fruity and fresh with a pleasant duration.
Winemaking: In mid-October, the Riesling grape harvest begins in Heiligenstein. Once the grapes have reached the Johann Potf cellar, the berries are gently pressed whole and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 17 degrees Celsius. The extraction is also carried out in the stainless steel tank. In February this wine is bottled.
Pairings: Fine fish dishes in fine cream sauces, grilled seafood or fresh lobster.
