Produced exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes from Verzenay Grand Cru, it presents a bright straw yellow color and a persistent perlage. On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet of red fruits, citrus, flowers, and mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, vibrant, with splendid minerality and a long finish. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with seafood and crustaceans, served at 8-10 °C. An elegant wine, resulting from at least 4-5 years of aging on lees and careful winemaking.
