Intellego Kedungu is an excellent South African white wine made from Chenin Blanc, hailing from the Swartland region. It displays a bright straw yellow color, offering a complex bouquet of citrus, stone fruit, minerality, and delicate herbal notes. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with a persistent finish that invites another sip. Fermented spontaneously and aged in used barrels, it is perfect with fish, seafood, and poultry. Serve at 10-12℃.
