Colour

Deep ruby red with violet reflections, brilliant and inviting. Excellent clarity and good viscosity.

Bouquet

Elegant bouquet of red fruits (cherry, raspberry), floral notes (violet), delicate spices, undergrowth and a mineral touch.

Taste

Fine, balanced, silky tannins, long and persistent, with fruity flavors and a pleasant mineral and spicy aftertaste.

Alcohol content

Approx. 13% - 13.5% vol.

Type of glass

Large Burgundy glass (Balloon) for Pinot Noir, allows for optimal oxygenation and enhances the aromas.

Pairings

Rich red meats, feathered and furred game, aged cheeses and refined mushroom or truffle dishes.

Refinement

Traditionally in French oak barrels for 12-18 months, followed by bottle aging to refine complexity and structure.

Vinification

Controlled fermentation in wooden or steel vats with skin maceration to extract color and tannins. Post-fermentation aging.

16-18°C, to best enhance its aromatic profile and elegance without overpowering the taste.
