Galmés I Ribot Cambuix Ve d’Avior is a natural red wine from Mallorca. A blend of Callet and Mantonegro, it offers a light ruby color, aromas of red fruits and spices. On the palate, it is fresh, juicy, with delicate tannins. Spontaneously fermented, aged in steel, it pairs with white meats and cured meats. Serve 14-16°C.
