Colour

Intense straw yellow with coppery reflections.

Bouquet

Intense and complex. Notes of ripe fruit (pear, apple), white flowers, minerality and slight spicy or honey hints.

Taste

Full, soft, harmonious and savory. Excellent structure and persistence. Fresh with a slightly almond/mineral finish.
