Dürnberg Ried Hocheck Pinot Noir Reserve is an excellent Austrian red from Weinviertel. Made from Pinot Noir, it offers a bright ruby color and delicate aroma. Elegant on the palate with velvety tannins and a persistent finish. Aged in barriques, ideal with white meats and cheeses. Serve at 16-18℃.

Refinement
Matured for about 18 months in small French oak barrels (barriques), which impart complexity without overpowering the fruit. Bottle aging.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, followed by malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging in barriques.
