Domaine Maryse Chatelain - Bourgogne Pinot Noir De L'aube A L'aube is a dry red wine from Burgundy, France. Produced from Pinot Noir grapes, it displays a bright ruby red color. The nose offers notes of cherry, raspberry, undergrowth, and spices. On the palate, it is elegant, fruity, with fine tannins and good freshness. Its alcohol content is 13.5% vol. Ideal with white meats and soft cheeses, it should be served at 14-16°C in a large glass. It ages partly in stainless steel and partly in oak.
