Domaine Jean Bourdy's Château-Chalon is an exceptional dry white wine from Jura, France. Made exclusively from Savagnin grapes, it displays an intense golden yellow color with amber reflections. The nose offers complex aromas of walnuts, curry, and spices, while the palate is savory and very persistent. With an alcohol content of approximately 14.5% vol., it's perfect with aged cheeses and rich dishes. It ages for over 6 years under a yeast veil for its uniqueness. Serve at 14-16°C in a large glass.
