It is hard to believe that in this village north-west of Beaune there may be people who interpret their work as winemakers in such a winning way, like the Jacob family. Half of the vineyards the family owns are located in Echevronne and surroundings, the rest is divided between Savigny and Beaune. Characterized by a light but precise fruity note, both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir surprise with their silky texture.
The product is developed in Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune.
It goes well with dishes of beef, veal, poultry and game.
