An exceptional Vin Doux Naturel from Roussillon, France. This Rivesaltes, from Grenache and Macabeu, presents a deep amber color and complex aromas of dried fruit, honey, and spices. On the palate, it is sweet, enveloping, and well-balanced by excellent acidity, ideal with foie gras or chocolate desserts. Oxidatively aged for years, it is perfect served at 10-12°C.
