Clos Saint Michel Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc is an excellent French wine from the Rhône Valley. A blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and Clairette, it displays a straw yellow color. Aromas of white flowers, citrus, and peach. On the palate, it's fresh, mineral, and persistent. Ideal with fish and white meats, it ages in steel or barrique.
