Domaine de la Pinte Chateau Chalon is an excellent Vin Jaune from Jura. Made exclusively from Savagnin grapes, it ages for over six years under a yeast veil, acquiring an intense golden color and complex aromas of walnuts and curry. On the palate, it is dry, powerful, and savory, with a very long finish, ideal with aged cheeses and rich dishes.
