Domaine de la Baume Merlot, from the Languedoc region, is a 100% Merlot dry red wine. It presents a deep ruby red color, with aromas of red fruits and spices. On the palate, it is soft, with velvety tannins and a persistent finish. Partially aged in barriques, it has an alcohol content of 13.5% Vol and is ideal with red meats. Serve at 16-18°C.
