Domaine Arnaud Lambert's Coulée de St-Cyr Saumur is an excellent dry white wine from the Loire Valley. Made from Chenin Blanc grapes, it displays a bright straw yellow color. The nose offers aromas of white fruit, citrus, honey, and a distinct minerality. The palate is fresh, mineral, and well-balanced, with a persistent finish. Aged in oak barrels and made with spontaneous fermentation, it is served at 10-12°C. Perfect with fine fish and cheeses.
