A pale coral hue with aromas of pomegranate, pink grapefruit, rose petals and honeysuckle. In the mouth it has floral notes with hints of mandarin, green apple and rose water. The 2015 has an impressive structure, appears light and elegant but has a rich mouthfeel with good acidity and light tannins.

Pairings: Excellent combination with baked salmon, seafood, roast pork or tomato-based pasta dishes.
