Boekenhoutskloof Cabernet Sauvignon from Franschhoek is a still red wine from South Africa, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. It presents a deep ruby red color. The nose reveals notes of blackcurrant, cassis, cedar, and a touch of mint. On the palate, it is full-bodied with firm tannins, complex dark fruits, and a long finish. Aged in barriques, it pairs wonderfully with red meats and game, served at 16-18°C.
