Bernard Defaix Chablis is an excellent dry white wine from Burgundy. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, it displays a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose offers aromas of citrus and green apple, enriched by distinctive mineral notes of flint and subtle floral hints. On the palate, it is fresh, dry, and intensely mineral, with lively acidity leading to a persistent, citrusy finish. Its alcohol content is 12.5% Vol. Vinification occurs in stainless steel tanks to enhance fruit purity and terroir characteristics. It is perfect served at 10-12°C in a white wine glass, paired with oysters, seafood, fish, and fresh cheeses.
