Fermentation in French oak barrels with daily pumpovers. Passing the malolactic fermentation, 50% of the wine is matured in a new French oak barrel and the other 50% remaining in second use for a period of 14 months.
Tasting Notes: Purple color. Fruity aromas such as cassis and spicy notes. It harbors sensual flavors unique to the varietal including ripe red berries, smoked meats, leathery skins and a hint of truffle, creating an exceptional balance of complex aromas and rich French oak.
