Batič Merlot is a dry red wine embodying the essence of Slovenia's Vipava Valley terroir. Made from 100% Merlot grapes, it displays an intense ruby red color. The nose is complex, with aromas of ripe forest fruits, plum, and sweet spices. On the palate, it's structured, elegant, with soft tannins and a persistent finish. Aged in oak barrels, it's ideal with red meats and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18℃.
