The Chablis Grand Cru Valmur, like all the climates of the Chablis Grand Cru appellation, are united on the same hill facing southwest, on the right bank of the Serein.

The name of this climate would have two possible origins: the "valley of customs", meures designating in old French "the berries of the brambles" or another hypothesis: "walls" built to delimit a property.

Valmur forms an amphitheater facing south and west.

Kimmeridgian loam is present everywhere, but the highest is thinner and stony and the lowest is deeper and clayey.

Tasting
Very nice pale golden color with soft greenish reflections.

The nose is dense and pure. There are aromas of citrus, vanilla, fresh butter and hazelnuts.

In the mouth it is rich and structured. It expresses the fresh vegetable and floral, highlighting fruity and vanilla notes.
