Alain Gautheron's Chablis is a classic example of a Burgundian white wine, made entirely from Chardonnay grapes. It presents a brilliant pale straw yellow color and offers fresh aromas of citrus, green apple, and distinct minerality. On the palate, it is dry, lively, and refreshing, with good acidity and a persistent finish. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood and fish.
