The olive grove consists exclusively of Taggiasca olive trees and covers an area of about 2 hectares of land.
The harvest is done in mid-December. Then the olives are processed immediately within 24 hours.
The guests of the farmhouse can participate during their stay in the harvest and oil pressing. The oil press is very close by and the guests can take this very special experience home as a memory.
U Garùn is an extra virgin olive oil and is manufactured and distributed by the company. It can be tasted by the guests during their stay.
The company further produces olives in brine. This product is of high quality and will soon get the DOP designation.
