does one glass of this Sea urchin and bottarga sauce serve 4 portions of pasta?

This sauce is enough for 4 portions. You can add some olive oil and chili of you like or parsely and stretch the sauce with some cooking water of the pasta. The taste is heavenly and still intensive even if you stretch the sauce.
