The Vigne del Malina Pinot Grigio is a dry white wine from the renowned Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of Italy. Made 100% from Pinot Grigio grapes, it presents a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Its aroma is intense, with hints of green apple, pear, and citrus, enriched by a floral touch. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and mineral, with a pleasant savoriness and excellent persistence. With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol., it is ideally served in a medium-sized tulip glass at 8-10°C. Perfect with light appetizers, fish, seafood, and white meats, it is aged in stainless steel to preserve its freshness and aromatic complexity.
