DESCRIPTION
The Roero Arneis DOCG from the Vietti winery is a dry white wine that reaches excellent quality levels. It is obtained by making wine in purity Arneis grapes. The vineyards are located within the municipality of Santo Stefano Roero, which is located in the heart of the Roero Arneis DOCG appellation. Thanks to the experience in viticulture handed down for four generations, the Vietti family uses its know-how to preserve all the characteristics of the vine and enhance them in the final product. The production process requires that the grapes are fermented in steel tanks and always mature in steel on their own yeasts for a period of at least three months. The final result is a Roero Arneis DOCG excellent to drink young, which can still evolve if left to rest in the cellar for up to three years.
