Biserno Lodovico 2011 is a Supertuscan red wine of exceptional quality from the Maremma Toscana. A blend predominantly of Cabernet Franc, with Merlot and Petit Verdot, it expresses profound aromatic complexity. The nose reveals ripe red fruits, sweet spices, balsamic notes, and a touch of tobacco. On the palate, it is structured, with silky tannins and remarkable elegance, culminating in a long, persistent finish. Aged for about 15 months in barriques, it's ideal for pairing with red meats and game. Serve at 16-18°C.
