Blanc di Simon by Simon di Brazzan: a dry white wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia. A blend of Friulano, Pinot Bianco, and Chardonnay. Straw yellow, offering aromas of white flowers and apple. Fresh, savory, and harmonious on the palate, with a persistent finish. Aged in stainless steel. Excellent with fish and appetizers. Serve at 8-10℃.
