This Franciacorta was obtained from grapes of the 2009 vintage.
The harvest was postponed for 10 days so that the product could be created with a good structure.
Intense yellow of great softness and elegance with pleasant notes of citrus and white fruit.
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
Vinification: Soft pressing, maceration on the skins, 100% of the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in French oak barriques.
Ageing: 6 months in French oak barriques.
Refinement in the bottle on the lees: at least 24 months
Residual Sugar: 7g / l
Recommendation: Ideal as an aperitif. However, it also fits excellent to delicate risotto and fish dishes, raw Parma ham, San Daniele ham and fresh cheeses.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C.
