Manual harvest in boxes, destemming with minimal crushing of the grapes, maceration at controlled temperature, alcoholic fermentation operated by selected yeasts, full malolactic fermentation.
Alcohol content 12,50% vol; Total acidity 5,5 g / l; Residual sugar 3,0 g / l.
Vivid color tending to purple, intense aromas reminiscent of wild berries, the taste shows a good structure on a smooth and harmonious basis.
Accompanies first dishes with meat sauce, red meat not too elaborate, meats and hard cheeses. Excellent with grilled meats and baked tench.
