Noventa Colle degli Ulivi is an Apulian red wine from Primitivo and Negroamaro. It has an intense ruby color, aroma of ripe red fruits and spices. The palate is structured, soft, and persistent, with velvety tannins. Excellent with red meats and cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C.
