The Inferno Nino Negri DOCG is a sublime expression of Valtellina, crafted from Chiavennasca grapes. This dry red wine displays an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose offers complex aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is elegant and structured, with fine tannins and a harmonious aftertaste. It ages for 24 months, 12 of which are in oak, before bottling. Best served at 16-18°C, it pairs perfectly with red meats and aged cheeses.
