This Ribolla Gialla by Livio Felluga is a dry white wine with a straw yellow color and greenish reflections. The nose opens with fresh, floral scents of white flowers, enriched by citrus notes and delicate minerality. On the palate, it is dry, savory, and has good acidity, culminating in a persistent and slightly bitter aftertaste typical of the grape variety. The alcohol content is around 12.5%. It is ideally served in a tulip glass between 10 and 12℃. Excellent with fish appetizers, seafood, and light pasta dishes.
