Les Cretes Fumin is an excellent still red wine from the Aosta Valley. Made from 100% Fumin grapes, it has an intense ruby color. The nose offers a complex bouquet of wild berries, spices, and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with balanced tannins and remarkable persistence. Aged in barriques and then in bottle, served at 16-18°C, it is ideal with red meats and aged cheeses.
