Beyond The Clouds by Elena Walch, from Alto Adige, is a structured white wine. Predominantly Chardonnay, it has an intense golden yellow color and complex aromas of exotic fruit, vanilla, and spices. The palate is full, elegant, creamy, with freshness and a persistent finish. It ages in barriques for 10-12 months. Ideal with elaborate dishes and cheeses. Serve at 12-14°C.
