Colterenzio Berg is a refined white wine from Alto Adige, produced by the Schreckbichl winery. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, it presents a brilliant straw yellow color. The nose offers an intense bouquet of elderflower, gooseberry, and citrus fruits, while on the palate it is fresh, mineral, and persistent. With approximately 13.5% vol., it is ideal served between 10 and 12°C in a medium-sized glass, perfectly pairing with asparagus, seafood, and vegetarian dishes. Aging in steel enhances its aromatic purity.
