Ceretto Barolo Brunate Tenuta Bricco Rocche 2003 is a magnificent example of Barolo, produced in Piedmont from Nebbiolo grapes. Intense ruby red with garnet reflections, the nose is ethereal and complex, with notes of rose, violet, cherry, and tertiary hints of licorice and truffle. On the palate, it is powerful yet elegant, with fine tannins and a long finish. Aged in wood and bottle, it best expresses its structure and complexity when served at 18-20°C with substantial dishes.
