Intense garnet red with orange and bright reflections.
Bouquet
Intense and complex, with notes of withered rose, violet, liquorice, truffle, spices and tobacco.
Taste
Structured, elegant, with ripe and silky tannins. Great aromatic persistence and a long, harmonious finish.
Alcohol content
14.5% vol.
Type of glass
Large glass (Bourgogne or Balon type) to enhance its complex aromas.
Pairings
Ideal with roasted or braised red meats, feathered and furred game, truffle and aged hard cheeses.
Refinement
At least 24 months in French oak barrels and a long rest in bottle before commercialization.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with long maceration on the skins.
