Avanzi's Romantica Brut is an Italian sparkling wine from Lombardy, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grapes. It exhibits a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is delicate, floral, and fruity, with hints of bread crust. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and balanced, with a fine and persistent perlage. With an alcohol content of 12% vol., it is ideal as an aperitif or paired with light dishes, fish, and shellfish. Aged in stainless steel and bottle, serve at 6-8°C in a flute glass.
