The Fastuchera is a small Sicilian organic company active in the territory of Cammarata and San Giovanni Gemini, in the province of Agrigento.
The company mainly produces Sicilian ancient grains (tumminia, russulidda and Majorca) from which it takes fine milled flour in stone and handmade pasta.
Home to a "conservation area of native ancient fruits" the Fastuchera is a young company that is looking to invest their energies in the direction of sustainable agriculture that respects the environment and biodiversity.
The idea behind our work is the desire to contribute to the spread of a high quality healthy food that is both nurturing and sensory pleasure for people, in the belief that the campaign must now be not only a place of production but also a permanent research laboratory and sociability.
