Agrimò: Artisanal Apulian Pasta from Field to Table
16/03/2026
- The fields are the beginning and still the core of Agrimò's activity, an artisanal Apulian pasta factory that is commercially young but with years of experience in durum wheat cultivation.
The care for the raw material stems from direct contact with the farm's 32 hectares of land, allowing for total control of the supply chain.
The cultivation of local cereal varieties is the perfect example of enhancing the territory; rotations with other crops are also followed to nourish the soil and safeguard local biodiversity.
The use of any chemical fertilizers or pesticides is naturally excluded, as continuous laboratory analyses prove.
In pasta production, drying is one of the key processes, which is why Agrimò adopts a particularly slow and delicate drying process below 40°, to obtain a perfectly intact product with a porous consistency.
