The Campotti they are an innovative format, never thought of before. A pacchero narrow at the center so that it assumes the shape of an eight, maintaining the perimeter of the original format but reducing its diameter, thus conferring on the pasta a new sensation on the palate and a new possibility of matching, ensuring a perfect cooking. The Campotti they are a project designer Mauro Olivieri Pasta dei Campi. It is a food design project selected by the ADI Design Index (2011), which participates in the final ADI Compasso d'Oro Award (2013).
