Respecting tradition, with passion and professionalism, our company has been producing a fine extra virgin olive oil for fifty years, with unmistakable characteristics, determined only by particular precautions during the harvesting and milling phases.
The olives are removed from the plant by hand, when they are not yet completely ripe: this allows to obtain a product with an excellent fruity taste and very low acidity.
The oil is extracted with the mixed system, i.e. milling with granite millstones and cold extraction with centrifuge.
Only this procedure allows the oil to preserve all the characteristics of aroma and flavor of the fruit unaltered.
The cold extraction method makes the Adamo oil an Extra Virgin with excellent organoleptic properties.
Color, taste and above all digestibility are the trump cards of Adamo Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
