Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Bouquet
Intense and complex, mineral notes (slate), white-fleshed fruits (peach), citrus and subtle herbaceous hints.
Taste
Dry, deep and vibrant. High, well-integrated acidity, pronounced mineral structure and a long, persistent finish.
Alcohol content
12.5% - 13.5% vol.
Type of glass
Riesling glass or medium-sized white wine glass.
Pairings
Seafood, crustaceans, elaborate fish dishes, white meats, Asian cuisine, medium-aged cheeses.
Refinement
Partially in large oak barrels (Fuder), partially in stainless steel. Subsequent bottle aging for complexity.
Vinification
Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation at controlled temperature. Slow aging on fine lees.
