Champagne crafted with 60% vintage wines (of which 1/3 Chardonnay, 1/3 Pinot Noir, and 1/3 Pinot Meunier) and the remaining 40% with reserve wines in equal proportion between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The year’s wines come from 60 cru carefully selected by the Chef de Caves.
This represents the highest concentration of reserve wines - at least 10 years old - offered in a Brut cuvée.
Bottle aging sur lies for at least 36 months.

TASTING NOTES
The intensity and variety of aromas are striking: delectable notes of cocoa and pastry, fresh and aromatic notes of freshly picked herbs,
luminous notes of white fruit with subtle and expressive mineral and undergrowth hints.
Perfect harmony on the palate, where in a dynamic crescendo, alternating between crispness and softness, fruity notes of peach, almonds, pineapple, and candied fruit evoke the sensation of serene pleasantness typical of an autumnal sunset. The finish is fresh, the persistence surprising.
