Champagne Bolieu - Pépin de Vigne is an excellent Brut, from the Champagne region. With its brilliant golden yellow and a fine perlage, it releases complex aromas of citrus, white flowers, and brioche. On the palate, it is fresh, elegant, and well-structured, finishing with a persistent taste. Aged for at least 15 months on its lees, it is perfect as an aperitif or with refined seafood dishes, served at 8-10°C.
