Boizel Brut Réserve is a refined expression of Champagne, made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. It displays a bright straw yellow with fine perlage. The nose offers white flowers and citrus, with brioche notes. The palate is fresh, creamy, and persistent. Excellent as an aperitif or with seafood, it is aged for a minimum of 3 years on lees.
